Bauhaus drawings and prints by Friedl Dicker. 1919-ca. 1923.

This small collection contains designs, most if not all executed by Dicker when she was at the Bauhaus 1919-1923, first as a student, then as a part-time teacher. Six of these designs were exhibited at the Bauhaus-Archiv, Darmstadt in 1970.

Bauhaus teacher and artist, she studied and collaborated with Johannes Itten in Vienna and Weimar. Dicker also designed costumes and stage sets for the theater.
